HKTA Wun Tsuen Ng Lai Wo Memorial School – ‘Parent-child Chinese Culture Workshop’ Application
The pandemic makes it unfavorable for our School to hold large-scale events for kindergarten students and parents as in the past. Our School is going to organise the ‘Parent-child Chinese Culture Workshop’ so that K2 & K3 students and their parents can know about features of our curriculum and have fun in experiential learning with peace of mind.
Our School organises various multi-cultural classes and festival celebrations throughout the year. As Chinese New Year is coming, we aim to arouse students’ interests in Chinese customs and traditions and they will learn more about Chinese culture through English and Mandarin activities this time.
Details are as follows:
Date: 14 January 2023 (Sat)
Time: 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Participating levels: K2 & K3 Students in Tai Po District
Mode of Event: Chinese Culture experiential activities led by our NET team and Mandarin teachers
Activities:

2. Craft Time in English

Reminders:
1. Please wear masks while visiting our School.
2. Appropriate anti-pandemic measures are applied at our School. Parents must sanitise their hands, measure their body temperature before entering our venue.
3. Appropriate number of participants and social distancing are maintained during the event.
4. Materials are immediately sanitised after each individual use.

疫情下，本校未能一如以往為幼稚園學生及家長舉辦大型活動。取而代之，特安排《中華文化親子工作坊》活動，讓幼稚園K2及K3學生及家長可安心到校，了解我們學校的課程特色及體驗學習的樂趣。
本校全年舉辦不同的多國文化課程及節日活動，適逢農曆新年，讓學生透過英語及普通話活動，增加學生對中國文化的認識及引起學生對中國傳統習俗及文化的興趣。活動詳情如下：
日期：2023年1月14日(星期六)
時間：下午2時30分至下午4時
參與年級：大埔區K2及K3學生
活動形式：由本校外籍老師、普通話老師教授學生中華文化體驗活動。
活動內容：
1. 中華文化故事 Chinese Culture Story Time
2. 創意英語手工 Craft Time in English
